Rubber sponge double-sided tape laminated adhesive processing
We can process the rubber sponge into the same outer shape and handle lamination adhesion. We have several types of double-sided tape in stock, and punching processing after lamination adhesion is also possible.
C-4205 is a soft neoprene sponge with a hardness of about 10° and is flame-retardant, commonly used in various applications. TT-4101 is a silicone sponge often used for high-temperature applications. For bonding the sponge, Nitto Denko Corporation's No. 500 is used, and it is removed after laminating.
